When something does not load or a button does nothing, it may be a problem on your side (your connection, an old browser tab) or on Rentiqa's. The status page tells you which, without having to ask.
The status page
Open status.rentiqa.com. It is also linked as System status at the bottom of every page and, on a phone, in the More sheet.
- Everything is working means Rentiqa knows of no problem right now.
- When something is wrong, the page says what is affected (for example sign-in, or payments), how bad it is (Slow or partly working or Not working) and when it started, with updates as it is fixed.
- Planned maintenance lists work announced in advance, with its start and end times.
- Past problems shows earlier incidents and how long they lasted.
The page runs separately from Rentiqa itself, so it still opens when the app does not.
The banner in the app
While a problem is posted on the status page, or maintenance is under way or due within a day, a line across the top of every page in Rentiqa says so, with a link to the details. When it is fixed, the line goes away.
If the status page says everything is working
Then the problem is probably not one we know about yet:
