After check-out you get an email with a Leave a review button. You can also open the trip from Trips and press Leave a review under Quick actions. Only a stay that took place can be reviewed, not a cancelled or declined one.
- Give an Overall rating (required): tap a star, or half a star. Each half is one point, so a rating is a whole number from 1 to 10, and the number shows beside the stars. Then a title and your review.
- Optionally rate cleanliness, communication with the host, check-in, listing accuracy, location and value for money the same way; the small cross clears one.
- Press Submit review.
Your overall rating counts towards the place's average rating straight away. Your review shows on the place's listing page with your first name and the month you stayed, and the host can reply under it. You can review each stay once. The trip page then shows Your review, and the host's reply when they write one.
