For contractors
Doing jobs for landlords and hosts you work with - getting invited, quoting, doing the work and getting paid.
A contractor on Rentiqa does maintenance, moves or turnover cleaning for the landlords and hosts they work with, after accepting an invite. The typical path: accept an invite, set up how you are paid, quote or accept jobs, do the work and mark it done, and get paid to your own account.
Guides, in the order you will need them
- Join from an invite Contractors join Rentiqa through an invite from a landlord or host they already work with. Accept it once and your contractor pages open.
- Your business profile Tell the landlords and hosts you work with what you do, where, at what rates, and show your insurance and licence.
- Set up payouts Connect your own payout account once, so money from paid jobs can reach your bank.
- Maintenance jobs and quotes Landlords either assign you a job at an agreed price or ask you to quote. Both arrive on your Maintenance page.
- Finish a job and get paid Mark the work done, the landlord confirms and pays, and the money goes to your payout account. If they pay late, you can collect it yourself.
- Turnover cleaning for hosts Hosts can give you the cleaning between guests. Accept it, start it on the day, and send it back for the host's approval.
