Guests can review a stay after they check out. Your reviews are under Bookings › Reviews (Guest reviews), with your average rating, the number of reviews and how many are waiting for a reply. Ratings are out of 10: five stars with half steps, each half one point.
To reply, press Respond publicly on a review, write your answer and press Publish response. Your reply appears under the review on your listing page and on the guest's trip page.
Your listing page shows your average rating and number of reviews, and a Reviews section with the six most recent reviews of stays booked through Rentiqa: the guest's first name, when they stayed, their rating and words, and your reply.
Reviews you brought in with the Rentiqa Importer (Import from Airbnb or Vrbo) are listed on your Reviews page too, marked Imported from Airbnb or Imported from Vrbo, with the guest's name, the month of the stay and the rating converted to the scale of ten. They count in your average and your total, are not reprinted on your listing page, and have no Respond publicly button: reply on the platform the review came from, and the reply comes across on the next import.
