> Where to look each day - the overview, the inbox, the calendar, tenants and documents, and smart locks.

## Overview

[Overview](https://app.rentiqa.com/leases/overview) (the **Home** tab on a phone) is your landlord home: rent collected this month, what is outstanding, vacant units and your monthly rent roll, with active leases, open repair requests, applications waiting and upcoming showings and move-outs. A short **Today** list at the top shows what needs a decision.

On a phone the bottom bar is **Home**, **Properties**, **Money**, **Inbox** and **More**.

## Inbox

Your [Inbox](https://app.rentiqa.com/messages) holds conversations with tenants, applicants and contractors, and renters' inquiries (filter with **Messages** and **Inquiries**). Messages about leases to sign and repair requests land here too. To write to a tenant, press **New message**, or **Message** on a repair request.

## Calendar

[Calendar](https://app.rentiqa.com/leases/calendar) shows showings, move-ins, move-outs, lease ends and rent due days by week and as a list.

## Tenants and documents

- [Tenants](https://app.rentiqa.com/leases/tenants) lists everyone on your leases, with their leases, repair requests and documents.
- [Documents](https://app.rentiqa.com/leases/documents) lists your lease agreements and where each one stands with signatures.

## Smart locks

If your properties have supported smart locks, connect them under **Properties › Devices** ([Devices](https://app.rentiqa.com/devices)) and assign each to a property. Rentiqa can give cleaners and contractors door codes for their visits once you switch that on for the property; in a leased home, a contractor gets a code only when the tenant chose lockbox or smart-lock entry on that request. A leased home is the tenant's: you can use its devices only in an emergency, with a reason the tenant can see.
