> Open a support ticket with Rentiqa, follow the replies, and know what is sent with it.

These guides cover the usual way to do things. When something is wrong or not covered, ask Rentiqa support. For anything about a stay, lease or job, talk to the other person first in your [Inbox](https://app.rentiqa.com/messages).

## Open a ticket

1. Open your avatar menu and choose **Support** ([Support](https://app.rentiqa.com/support)); on a phone it is also in the **More** (or **Profile**) sheet. Opening it from the page where the problem is helps: that page is remembered.
2. Choose a **Topic** (billing and refunds, payouts and tax, something isn't working, account and sign-in, lease, maintenance, bookings, something else), write a subject and what is going on.
3. Add screenshots or PDFs if they help.
4. Press **Open ticket**.

So support can see what happened, the ticket includes the page you came from, your browser, the view you were using, the version of Rentiqa and any errors you ran into shortly before. Only Rentiqa support sees them.

## Call us

Prefer to talk? Call Rentiqa support at **(857) 322-7368**. If nobody picks up, leave a voicemail with your name, the email on your Rentiqa account and what you need: the voicemail opens a ticket, and the reply comes the same way as for any ticket.

## Replies

Replies come by email and appear on the ticket; a red count on **Support** shows new ones. Answer on the ticket page or by replying to the email. Each ticket has a reference such as RQ-1042 to quote. Replying to a recently closed ticket reopens it. While the ticket page is open, a reply from support appears on it without reloading.

A description or reply can be up to 20,000 characters; for anything longer, attach it as a file. A long ticket opens on its newest messages: press **Load earlier messages** at the top for the rest, and **Older tickets** at the bottom of your list for older tickets.
